Shenzhen, China – June 2026 – At Xuanan Lighting, we believe that great lighting solutions are built on great teamwork. That’s why, on June 6-7, 2026, our entire team stepped away from the production line, the design studio, and the sales office to spend two days together at the beautiful Jiao Chang Wei Beach in Guangdong.

The event was designed to boost team cohesion, encourage cross-departmental collaboration, and give everyone a well-deserved mental and physical break after months of hard work.

Day 1: From the Office to the Beach

The team gathered at our company premises and departed on time at 10:00 AM. After a scenic drive, we stopped for a group lunch at a local seafood restaurant before heading to a private villa at Guisu Inn to check in.

Afternoon Activities: Friendly Competition

The afternoon was all about energy and teamwork. We organized a series of fun, competitive games on the beach:

- Tug-of-War: Classic team strength challenge

- Dodgeball: Fast-paced fun testing agility and coordination

These activities brought out plenty of laughter and friendly rivalry, with everyone getting involved.

Evening: BBQ Dinner with a Sunset View

As the sun set over the ocean, we fired up the grill for a seaside BBQ dinner. It was a perfect time for colleagues from different departments to relax, share stories, and get to know each other better outside of the work environment.

Day 2: Relaxation and Return

The second day started with a relaxed group breakfast at the villa. After checking out, we enjoyed a final team lunch at a local Hakka restaurant before making the return trip to Shenzhen, feeling refreshed and reconnected.
